He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilford Hill and Martina Hill (Pederson); his stepson Tim Lock; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Riba and Neil Gleason.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his granddaughter Amanda Lock; his sister Grace Gleason; and his nieces and nephews, Tim Gleason (Lindsay), John Gleason (Shelly), Susan Ehlert (Myron) and Jo Theisen (Scott). He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
