She was predeceased by: her daughter Mary Bartels; her parents, Kathryn Veronica Fitzgerald and Newcastle; her siblings, John Fritz (Jodene) and Kathryn Claman (Fritz); and her children-in-law, Dennis Zimmerman and Deb Buckmeier Bartels.
She is survived by: Mary Kay Zimmerman (Dennis), Lynn Bartels, Jeanne Rayburn (Jim), Jerry Bartels (Julia Kleinschmidt), Susan Welz (Bruce), Brigid Bungum (Brian), Caroline Bartels and Kitty Di Martino (David). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren.
