It is with sadness that the passing of Shirley M. Brunick of Vermillion, South Dakota is shared. Shirley, born on December 26, 1929, passed away on September 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Collins and Hilma Collins; her husband Nels Brunick Jr.; and her son-in-law Gregory Radigan. She is survived by: her children, JoLynn Johnson (Rodney), Diana Radigan and David Brunick (Shelley); her grandchildren, Mark Johnson (Kerri), Scott Johnson (Wendy), Dawn Clemens, Melanie Rupp (Tim), Ashley Johnson (Tyler), Michael Brunick (Haylee) and Ryan Brunick; her great grandchildren, Cole, Max, Beau (Bailey), Parker, Ellie (Dylan), Avari, Abigail (Koleby), Hannah, Julia, Jocelyn, Emmylou, Nolan, Brynlee, Breyer and Brexlee; and her great great grandchildren, Hazel and Colter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (816 E Clark St, Vermillion, SD 57069). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial donations in memory of Shirley are preferred to Trinity Lutheran Church in Vermillion.
