We are sad to announce that on March 11, 2025, at the age of 82, Cheryl Dee Jorgensen of Viborg, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Shafer and Genevieve Shafer (King); her husbands, Alan Chronister and Steve Jorgensen; and her son Mike Chronister.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark Chronister of Viborg and Matt Chronister of Sioux Falls, SD; her stepsons, Brett Jorgensen (Cathy) of Sioux Falls and Erik Jorgensen of Sioux Falls; her sister Bonnie Wosje of Sioux Falls; her grandchildren, Chris Chronister (Stephanie) of Sioux Falls, Chad Chronister of Sioux Falls, Dayna Hossle of Springfield, MO and Emily Chronister of Knoxville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Grant Chronister, Payzli and Brock Hossle.
