He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gary Andersen. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Sherman and Leslie Sherman; his brothers, Brodee (Abbey) and Gradee (Payton); his girlfriend Hazel Luethmers; his grandparents, Linda Andersen, Dick and LeAnna Sherman; and his aunts and uncles, Leland Andersen (Sandy), Mike Boomgarden (Chad), JJ Straatmeyer (Randy), Bill Andersen (Candace), Jim Andersen, Mel Smith (Kevin), John Andersen (Sarah), Jeff Sherman (Jennifer), Amy Chavis (Ted) and Joey Sherman (Sara). He is also survived by cousins, and many other relatives and friends.

In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be directed to the family to be put towards a charity in Memory of Kobee.
