He is survived by: his children, Brian Bjerkaas (Tami) of Viborg, SD and Kristi Armbrust (Darin) of Grafton, ND; his grandchildren, Austin Bjerkaas (Ivey), Emily Bjerkaas (Zach Erickson), Steven Bjerkaas (Stephanie) and Sadie Armbrust; his great grandchildren, Baylor and Ella; his niece Ruby Schmidt (Scott); and his nephew Mike Bjerkaas.
