It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Ray Horner of Wagner, South Dakota, who passed away on March 27, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Ray" Horner and Nellie Horner (Wiechmann); his wife Norma Horner; his son Robert Horner; his parents-in-law, Ben and Anna Houska; and his sister Jane Kostel.
He is survived by: his children, William Horner (Jeanene) of Wagner, SD and Cynthia Fredrich (Jay) of Rapid City, SD; his grandchildren, Jeremey Horner (Kerri), Joshua Horner (Amanda), Crystalyn Westbrook (Skip), Cody Horner (Andrea), Amanda McIntyre (Adam), Elizabeth Lyons (Shawn), Melanie Guth (Patrick) and Emily Van Bockel (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Abigail, Nathaniel, Liam and Elijah Horner; and his grandchildren, Hexton, Madalyn Westbrook, Dillon, Ofelia McIntyre, Charlotte, Conor Lyons and Warren Van Bockel.
