She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Frenchie" Picotte; her sister Phyllis Sully; her children, Patricia Goulette (Bob), Eugene Picotte (Belinda), Marilyn Picotte, Carol Picotte (Warren), Jeanie Cooke (Brent), Roberta Ulrich (Herman), Michelle Picotte, Joseph Picotte, Jr., Rodney Picotte, James Picotte and Jimmy Picotte; and her brothers, Hank Felicia, Clayton Felicia and Benjamin Felicia. She is also survived by her grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
