She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Fitzgerald and Velma Fitzgerald (Barnard); and her siblings, Robert Fitzgerald and Kathleen "Butch" Engel. She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Derald "Charlie" Engel of Wagner and Jan Fitzgerald of Mitchell; her niece Shannon Hansen (Richard) of Sioux Falls; and her nephews, Todd Engel of Wagner, Brian Fitzgerald (Jennifer) and Sean Fitzgerald (Karen). She is also survived by cats and horses.
