He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney Sutter and Veda Sutter (Ersland); his siblings, Sam and Roxann; and his brother-in-law Reno Kellogg.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stephenie Gay (Andy) of Piedmont, Jill Leonard (Jason) of Wall and Tara Norman (Ty) of Hayes; his grandchildren, Riley Gay, Ryan Gay, Hayden Norman, Jordan Leonard, Justin Leonard and Carlie Norman; his close friend Carolynn Anderson; and his daughter Megan Hoffman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
