She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Haidle and Bertha Haidle (Pyle); her husband Kenny; her son Patrick; her siblings, Ross, Harvey, Ben Haidle and Lucine Smizer; and her grandson Jonathan Wernke.
She is survived by: her sons, Doug Wernke (Sue) of Rapid City, SD, Michael Wernke (Editha) of Chandler, AZ, David Wernke (Sonia) of Redmond, OR and Mark Wernke (Caitlin) of Grand Junction, CO; her grandchildren, Michael, Kevin, Matthew and Thomas; her stepgrandchildren, Ryker, Codie and Carlie; and her children, Jonathan Dillon, Gene, Rita Patterson, Ciara Cerney and Bailey Cerney.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (701 Norris St, Wall, SD 57790). A rosary will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
