He was predeceased by : his parents, Arther Williams and Grace Williams (Mielke); his wife Irene Groves; his brothers, Donnie Baumgarten Jr. and Keith Williams; and his brother-in-law Lance Brethorst.

He is survived by : his children, Jason Williams (Renae) and Becky Williams of Watertown, SD; and his siblings, Rose Brethorst of Maple Plain, MN, Katherine Baumgarten of Maple Plain, MN, Lois Taylor (Myron) and Norwood.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel (1111 4th St NE, Watertown, SD 57201). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
