He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Phipps and Ethel Phipps (Pratt); his wife Julie; his son Kevin; and his sister Dea Raml.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Phipps (Carol) and Diann Walsh (Danny); and his brother-in-law Steve Raml. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
