He is survived by: his children, Sheri Brenner of Watertown, SD and Greg Schmidt (Tori) of Roy, UT; his stepchildren, Jackie Mahlen (Kelly) of Watertown, SD, James Weyh Jr. of Watertown, SD, Jarold Weyh (Donna) of Watertown, SD, Jason Weyh of Watertown, SD and Jared Weyh (Mary) of Watertown, SD; his grandson Matthew Brenner; his siblings, Ronald Schmidt (Aris) of Willow Lake, SD and Glenda Schmidt of Huron, SD; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene Schmidt of Willow Lake, SD. and Pauline Schmidt of Willow Lake, SD.. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
