She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Kays and Geraldine Kays (Coughlin); her husband John Cunningham; her son Dustin Lee; and her sister-in-law Jeaninne Kays.
She is survived by: her siblings, John "Jack" Kays (Arlys) of Florence, Donald Kays of Aurora, CO and Cheryl Erickson (Dennis) of Grand Forks, ND. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
