With sadness, we share the passing of James Hanson (Watertown, South Dakota). James, born on February 15, 1931, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hanson and Josephine Hanson (Jacobson); his wife Patty; his grandson Hanson Albers; and his siblings, Dwayne, Palmer and Beverly.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Hanson of San Diego, CA, Connie Morse (Tom) of Battle Creek, Kathryn Dye (Charles) of Noblesville, IN, Julie Hanson of Round Rock, TX, John Hanson of Lebanon, IN and Susan Albers (Greg) of Zionsville, IN.. He is also survived by his 6 children and their spouses, 11 beloved grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to the 60's plus dining program in Watertown or the charity of your choice.
