He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton H. Phillips and Yvonne A. Phillips (Lardinois). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Acevedo; his children, Amy Kushigemachi (Scott) of Los Angeles, CA, Gregory Phillips (Paula) of Los Angeles, CA, Alexander Phillips of Watertown, SD and Maximillian Phillips of Watertown, SD; his stepson Anthony D. Parker-Acevedo of Watertown, SD; and his sister Annette Greer (Doug) of Washington, DC.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
