She is survived by: her husband Raphael Mack; her brother John Hoover (Mary Hoover) of Custer, SD; her children, Kimberly (Steven Lustig) of Chester, NJ, Elizabeth (Michael Moore) of Woodbury, MN and Jamie (Sherry McNulty-Mack) of Aberdeen, SD; and her grandchildren, Austin, Mason, Colton and Lucy.
