Jerry Koistinen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Koistinen of Watertown, South Dakota, born in Orange, California, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Koistinen (Mercer); and his grandparents, William, Virginia Mercer, Arnold and Myrtle Koistinen.

He is survived by: his parent-in-law Chet Koistinen; his father Chet; his stepmother Joyce Koistinen of Watertown, SD; and his siblings, Jimmie Koistinen of Watertown, SD, Jeff Koistinen (Genevie), Casandra Koistinen, Crofton, MD, Marla Bell (Mercer) and Kyle Daschel of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by four nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorials be directed to Access Ministries, 25 West Kemp Ave. Watertown, SD.
