With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of June Whetsel in Watertown, South Dakota, born in Wallace, South Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 16, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Beatrice, David and LeRoy. She is survived by: her husband Carlton Whetsel; her sons, Timothy Whetsel (Laura) and Todd Whetsel (Jessi); her grandchildren, Aleshia, Jenna, Alec, Carly, Brady, Baylee, Eli and Emory; and her great grandchildren, AvaMarie, Marguerite, Josephine, Genevieve and John.
Memorial donations are preferred to be directed to the Watertown Memory Care Support Group.
