He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel Atkinson (Boullion) and Alfred Atkinson; and his half-brother Gary Grundy. He is survived by: his children, Lynsie Johnson (David) of Lakeville and Michael Hewlett of Webster.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Salvation Army, an organization whose table Ken would have been glad to pull up a chair to.
