He is survived by : his children, Randy Bailly (Deb) of Watertown, SD and Vicki Norgaard (David) of Watertown, SD; his grandchildren, Tammy Crofutt (Josh) of Elkton, SD, Ryan Bailly of Watertown, SD, Heidi Hochstatter (Lance) of Watertown, SD and Justin Norgaard (Samantha Hagen) of Watertown, SD; his great grandchildren, Ella Crofutt of Elkton, SD, Caden Crofutt of Elkton, SD, Maison Cram of Watertown, SD, Jax Cram of Watertown, SD, Jayla Hochstatter of Watertown, SD, Iain Hochstatter of Watertown, SD, Isabelle Hochstatter of Watertown, SD, Elliot Norgaard of Watertown, SD and Laynie Norgaard of Watertown, SD; his grandchildren, Katie Kellen, Jamie Carlson, Genaro and Evelyn Riviera; his great grandchildren, Alicia Riviera and Josfer Rivera; and his siblings-in-law, Kaye Harriott and Kevin Pierce (Deb Larson). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
