He is survived by: his wife Florence Braun; his children, Terry Eischens (Lynnette) of Watertown, SD, Kim Kasdorf (Jay) of Estelline, SD, Tracy Eischens (Tanya) of Watertown, SD, Keith Eischens (Nicole) of Watertown, SD and Sandy Williams (T. J.) of Watertown, SD; his siblings, Leonard Eischens (Linda) of Canby, MN, Dennis Eischens of Canby, MN, Roger Eischens (Lori) of Canby, MN, JoAnn Downing of Minneota, MN, Cindy Sanow (Mike) of Minneota, MN, Ronald Eischens (Jackie) of Canby, MN, Allen Eischens (Robin) of Vesta, MN, Daryl Eischens (Cindy) of Sioux Falls, SD and Doug Eischens (Janine) of Ghent, MN; and his brother-in-law Ronald Sussner (Angela) of Ghent, MN.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel (1111 4th St NE, Watertown, SD 57201). A rosary was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 7:45 PM at the Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel, Watertown, South (1111 4th St NE, Watertown, SD 57201). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Jesus Catholic Church (1009 Skyline Dr, Watertown, SD 57201).
