He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Parliament and Ann Parliament (Aaland); his sister Geri Johnson (Parliament); his granddaughter Samantha Ann Blanford; his nephew Nick Parliament; and his in-laws, Cliff and Ida Yexley.
He is survived by: his wife Connie of Florence, SD; his children, Brian Parliament (Delcy) of Hernando, FL and Brenda Wise (Kevin) of Riverview, FL; his stepdaughters, Trudi Gaikowski (Kyle) of Clark, SD and Heidi Madsen (Kaley) of Carpenter, SD; his grandchildren, Matthew Parliament, Andrew Blanford, Collin Gaikowski, Cade Gaikowski, Eve Gaikowski, Scarlett Madsen and Larkyn Madsen; his brother Keith Parliament of Corsicana, TX; and his brother-in-law Terry Yexley (Lyn). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
