LeeAnn left this world on July 2, 2025 at the age of 71, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Mack and Barbara Mack; her sister Marlene Bohls; and her sibling's children, Lyndsey Bohls and Jimmy Lenards.
She is survived by: her son Scott Michael (Megan); her husband Steve; her daughter Ann Caulfield (James); her grandchildren, Madelyn Michael, Emma Ann, Alayna James, Collyns Lee Caulfield, Hunter Hugo and Hayden Marie Maag; her siblings, Melvin Mack, Elaine Lenards and Delrita Hopper (Howard); and her brother-in-law Don Bohls.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials and they will send to LeeAnn's charities.
