He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Cooper and Doris Cooper (Halbert); his brothers, Richard Cooper (Andrea) of Goodwin, SD, Brian Cooper and Daniel Cooper of Goodwin; and his grandchildren, Elaine Parson of Sisseton, SD, Richard Halbert of Veblen, SD and Larry Halbert (Debbie) of Lake Traverse.
