He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Below and Elsie Below (Kaaz); and his sister Dorothy Leone (Evelyn). He is survived by: his wife Daisy; his sons, Paul Below (Cathy) of Poulsbo, WA, Scott Below (Kristen) of Greenville, NC and Aaron Below of Watertown; his granddaughters, Kara Compliment (Below), Chelsea Winters (Below) and Isabelle Below; his great grandchild Charlie Compliment; and his siblings, Margaret Dovalgo (Below), Carl Below of Eugene, OR and Don Below of Florence, SD..
