She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kilber and Emma Kilber (Albrecht); and her brother Reuben. She is survived by: her siblings, Lester, Jean, Robert, Donna, Delbert and Arlo; her husband Milbert "Bert" Voegele; her brother Calvin; her children, Mark (Tammy) and Kim (James); her grandchildren, Jacob (Sara) and Jordyn (Alejandro); and her great grandchildren, Luka and Ophelia Ramona.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel (1111 4th St NE, Watertown, SD 57201). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Mount Olive Lutheran Church (715 2nd St NE, Watertown, SD 57201).
