He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Welch and Irma Welch (Soper); his wife Mary; and his daughter Carol Patin (Co). He is survived by: his children, Janelle Gerharter (Dave) of Norfolk, NE, Mike Welch of Trophy Club, Doug Welch (Stephanie) of Spokane and Kay VanOverSchelde (David) of Stanwood, Washington; Frank Welch (Esther) of DeForest. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
