He was predeceased by: his father Donald Sears. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Sears (Hopkins); and his siblings, Jean Trygstad, Michael Sears, Dione Sears, Diane Bugeja, Lori Sears and Patrick Sears. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 4 nephews.
