He is survived by: his daughters, Bobbi Westra, Emily Garness (Thor) and Laura Wasilk (Tim Braun); his grandchildren, Brandon Berghorst, Zoey Berghorst, Ethan Berghorst, Sophia Westra, Samantha Garness, Allie Garness, Thorson Garness, Trenton Braun, Trey Braun and Tristyn Braun; his brothers, Wayne Wasilk and Ted Wasilk; and his pet Tootie.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Fiksdal Funeral Service (122 W 5th Ave, Webster, SD 57274).
