He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Czmowski and Phyllis Czmowski (Hinze); his wife Beverly; and his granddaughter Jennifer Zervas. He is survived by: his children, Debra Draper (Ron) of Indianapolis, IN and Jimmie L. Sumner (Sarah) of Redding, CA; his girlfriend Mary Lindquist of Webster, SD; his grandson-in-law Christopher Zervas of Indianapolis, IN; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Claire, Erich and Jakob.
