He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Robbins and Mae Robbins (Greenwood); his sister Judith Fulfer; and his nephew Norman Kane Fulfer. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis of Wentworth; his daughters, Kathy Robbins of Wentworth and Julie Smith (Frank); his grandson Robert Stone of Timnath, CO; his daughter Lisa Bauer (Dennis); his grandchildren, Sam, Ben and Emily; his son Bill Robbins (Bridget); and his grandchildren, James, Logan, Rihanna and Ontario of Holmen, WI. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
