It is with sadness that the passing of Ted Lindholm of Wentworth, South Dakota is shared. Ted, born on February 16, 1946 in Madison, South Dakota, passed away on August 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Ted will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Ted by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Ted is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Ted’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his wife Carloyn of Wentworth; his children, Troy (Sara) of Sioux Falls and Shelli Crosby (Cam) of Dell Rapids; and his siblings, Daniel (Bonnie) of Wentworth, Pat (Kim) of Wentworth, Loren (Amy) of Wentworth, Linda Krsnak (Jim) of Chester and Teresa Garry (Todd) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ellsworth Funeral Home. A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (321 S Main Ave, Wentworth, SD 57075). The military honors was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at the Rosehill Cemetery.
