He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Kolb and Ruth Kolb (Schumack); and his brother Kenneth Kolb. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Neuharth of Westport, SD; his sons, Mathew Kolb and Quentin Kolb of Westport, SD; and his brother Steve Kolb (Terri).
