She was predeceased by : her parents, Ted Scott and Doris Scott (Dey); her husband Anker Sorensen; her siblings, Arvid Scott, Doris Dravland and Roger Scott; her son-in-law David Sommerfeld; and her parents-in-law, Soren and Dagmar Sorensen.

She is survived by : her daughters, Margo Sommerfeld of Dell Rapids and Kris Kieffer (John) of White Lake; and her grandchild Nate. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
