He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Richard Johnson and Beverly Johnson (Holm); his close friend Gayle Neuhardt; his son Jarrett Johnson; his siblings, Dawn Larsen (Roger), Glenda Odegaard (Randy), Theresa Jung (Glen), Charlie Johnson (Brooke) and Doug Johnson (Stacy); and his stepmother Judy Johnson (Nelson). He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like memorial donations to go to Six Mile Creek Golf Course for continuing improvements.
