He is survived by: his wife Jia Hui of Wilmot, SD; his sisters, Carolyn Hansen of Watertown, SD and Judy Kozol of Colorado Springs, CO; his nieces, Hannah Stenson (Jesse) of Lidgerwood, ND and Emily Hennagir (Tyler) of Wilmot, SD; his nephew Gerald Swayze (Kim) of Wilmot, SD; and his parents-in-law, Huai Sen Dong and Xiaoli Wu of China.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Wilmot Community Center (516 Main St, Wilmot, SD 57279). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Wilmot Cemetery.
