Palmer of Winner, South Dakota, born in Jackson, Minnesota, who passed away on July 24, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifton Palmer and Myrlee Palmer. She is survived by : her siblings, Mary Warner (Mike) of Pasadena, MD and Bruce (Paula) of Huron, SD; and her nieces and nephews, Robyn Warner-Brown (Brian) of Bellflower, CA, Jordan Mounga (DJ) of Aberdeen, SD, Kirsten Wichern (Doug) of Augusta, ME, Lindsay Warner of Pasadena, MD and Blaine Warner of Pasadena, MD..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the United Methodist Church in Winner, SD.
