She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludvig Anderson and Olive Anderson; her husband Donald Swenson; her siblings, LaVern Anderson (Shirley) and Ruth Berg (Vernon); and her siblings-in-law, Duaine, Rosemary Swenson, Charles, Connie Swenson and Edward Swenson.
She is survived by: her children, Colleen, Kent Swenson (Gay), David Swenson, Gary Swenson (Peg) and Janet "Soop" Baysinger of Woonsocket; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Swenson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 4:30 PM at the St. Wilfrid Catholic Church (203 N 2nd Ave, Woonsocket, SD 57385). Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
