She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Reiners and Tillie Reiners (Fehlhafer); her husband John Raymond Stratmeyer; her son Phillip; her children-in-law, Lorrie and Tom Raymon; her granddaughter Erica; and her siblings, Florence, Otto, Harold, Deloris, Jenolia, Lillian, Bernice, Violet, Ardell, Sylvia and Jeanette.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Dale Stratmeyer (Pat) of Chancellor, Ernie Stratmeyer (Jo) of Worthing, Cindy Raymon of Canton and Michael Stratmeyer of Worthing; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Stratmeyer of Lennox; and her sister Mary Ihnen of Alexandria. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; as well as many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jarman Family Funeral Home (408 S Main St, Lennox, SD 57039). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be sent to the Union Gospel Mission, Child Evangelism Fellowship, KNWC Christian Radio, Gideon's International, or First Baptist Church in Canton.
