She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Robert and Ebba Bergsten; her husband C. Fennet Swanson; and her siblings, Arvid and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond Swanson (Irina) of Sweden, Norman Swanson (Debi) of Grand Forks, ND, Arlan Swanson (Linda) of Fulda, MN, Charles Swanson (Cindy Fitzgerald) of Kearney, MO and Vernon Swanson of Talladega, AL; and her grandchildren, Lisa Swanson (Tony Soper), Karl Swanson, Tammy Baxter (Cole), Jeremy Swanson (Sarah), Justin Swanson (Holly), Melody Mike, Peter Swanson (Allison), Stefan Swanson, Luke Swanson (Leigh), Jamie Hamilton (Dustin), Chelsea Cornell (Tyler) and Briana "Bree" Swanson. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
