It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Hento of Yankton, South Dakota, born in Avon, South Dakota, who passed away on November 6, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Klas Hento and Anne Hento (Olsen); his daughters, Kim Hill and Kara Hento; and his brother John Hento.
He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Hento of Yankton; his children, Darren Hento (Charity) of Yankton, Heather Hento of Bakersfield, CA and Amber Gross (Jeremy); his son-in-law Tracey Hill of Spanaway, WA; his grandchildren, Luke, Bradley Hento, Savanah, Jaxon Hill and Nathan Gross; and his sister Elaine Jacobs (Larry) of Portland, OR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
