Donald Werkmeister Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2025, at the age of 87, Donald Werkmeister of Yankton, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Werkmeister and Clara Werkmeister (Breding); his grandson Keegan; his brother Marvin; and his siblings-in-law, Ned, Laurel and Virginia.
He is survived by: his wife JuLee Werkmeister of Yankton, SD; his children, Shane Werkmeister (Brenda), Wayne Werkmeister (Melissa) and Cindy Ashburn (Creston); his grandchildren, Austin, Garret, Kris, Kendra and Carson; and his siblings, Darold Werkmeister (Laurel) of O'Neill, NE and Judy Bixby (Ned) of Las Cruces, NM.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
