He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kvasnicka and Evelyn Kvasnicka; his brother Charles; and also, Brett and Elaine.

He is survived by: his significant other Mary Kay Rokusek; his nephews, David Kvasnicka, John Soukup (Amy) and Paul Soukup (Jade); and his niece Laurie Struchen. He is also survived by 1 great-niece and 3 great-nephews.
