She is survived by: her sons, Dennis (Sharla), Jerry and Duane (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Charissa Avery (Justin), Clayton, Cathryn (John Steffensmeier), Carrie, Chloe, Robert, Zachery and Payton; her great grandchildren, Austin and Jason Avery; and her brother Jerome Blum (Iris).
