It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori Jean McCarthy of Yankton, South Dakota, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Sanford Hauck and Anna Mae Sorenson; her brother Jay Acton; and her niece Jamie Grandon. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Holman (Jon), Carrie Steinberg (Austin) of Yankton, Brittney Frederick (Patrick McGrath) of Stockton, CA and Christopher Hanson of Sacramento, CA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one brother; two sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
