He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Plooster and Alice Plooster (Leaf); his children, Dwight Plooster and Rhonda Becker; and his brother Norman Plooster.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Plooster of Yankton; his children, Tammy Earl of Yankton, Karla Kolbeck (Mike) of Volin, SD, Brenda Schmidt (Greg) of Utica, SD, Douglas Plooster of Yankton and Deb Palmer (Jim) of Yankton; and his son-in-law Dean Becker of Yankton. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
