He was predeceased by: his father Ben Tweedy; his son Jason Tweedy; and his brother Dennis Tweedy. He is survived by: his mother Pearl Tweedy (Erickson) of Crofton; his wife Carol Tweedy of Yankton; his children, Amber Roy (Chris) of Duluth and Jeremy Tweedy (Tressie) of Yankton; his grandchildren, Laruen, Calvin, Kaden and Emma; and his siblings, Robert Tweedy (Peggy), Les Tweedy, Cheryl Schroeder, Marlene Tweedy and Phoebe Dirks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
