It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Neubauer of Yankton, South Dakota, born in Randolph, Nebraska, who passed away on September 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Neubauer and Agnes Neubauer (Rohloff); and his siblings, Jim Neubauer (Mary Jo), Marilyn Podany (Virgil), Carol Carson (Arland) and Mary Lea Neubauer.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Neubauer of Yankton; his daughters, Lori Ann Neubauer of Yankton and Becky Schurman (Paul) of Yankton; and his grandchildren, Cora Schurman, Carter Schurman, Jordan Schurman and Skyler Schurman (Paige). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
